Emmentaler Tradition Réserve made by Von Mühlenen is a traditional Emmental cheese. It is ripened for 8 months in climate-controlled cellars and is washed with water once a week. This cheese is ripened for a longer period, making it spicier than the Emmentaler Classic and its rind is a little darker.
