Emmentaler Tradition Réserve made by Von Mühlenen is a traditional Emmental cheese. It is ripened for 8 months in climate-controlled cellars and is washed with water once a week. This cheese is ripened for a longer period, making it spicier than the Emmentaler Classic and its rind is a little darker.

Pure, delicate hazelnut aroma

Hard, dry, light brown

1-3cm-sized 'eyes'

Dimensions:
Whole round cheeses, 85-100cm in diameter and 18-25cm high.
